Queens Community House: Masonry & Concrete

This project involved a comprehensive package of structural concrete and masonry work, including concrete footings, foundations, slabs, and equipment pads, along with masonry infills, brick repairs, CMU piers, and double-wythe brick wall construction. Additional work included basement infills and patching, drain repairs, self-leveling, grouting, exterior concrete paving, trenching and drainage, as well as site preparation and restoration—delivering a complete structural and sitework solution from the ground up.
