The Edge Experience
Griding, prepping and repairing existing surface
Priming floor with a water - based Epoxy followed by the installation of a lack metallic base coat
Application of a matte - finish urethane topcoat to achieve anti-scratch and desired finish.

20 Hudson Yards
Mechanical grinding, surface preparation, and a Black Metallic epoxy installation brought this floor to life with a seamless, high-gloss finish. Every stage—from repairing imperfections to applying the final protective sealer—was completed with precision, delivering a durable surface built to perform and impress for years to come.
30 Hudson Yards
Grinding and surface preparation were completed to seamlessly match the existing concrete with the newly installed stone. A multi-stage polishing process achieved a Class D (large aggregate exposure), Level 4 finish, creating a highly polished surface with exceptional durability and visual appeal.
